Hurricane devastates Jamaica and Saint Vincent | ERDO Skip to main content

Hurricane Beryl

Hurricane Beryl tore through the Caribbean, leaving devastation in its path. In Jamaica and Saint Vincent & the Grenadines thousands are still without power and living in temporary shelters. Homes have been destroyed, roofs ripped completely off and supplies of every kind are needed.

In Jamaica, floodwater poured down streets leaving families without power or the ability to communicate. With a history of landslides in the area, many families are living in fear of further destruction.

Two small islands in Saint Vincent & the Grenadines saw 90% of their homes and buildings levelled. Farms and livelihoods are completely gone and thousands are now living in shelters.

ERDO is responding, making arrangements with our Pentecostal church partners to provide essential supplies to families during this time. We are responding with essential food, clean drinking water and building supplies, but we need your help today.

  • For $36 you can provide a 3-month supply of emergency food and clean drinking water to a person impacted by the storm.
  • For $108 you can provide a family with emergency food, clean drinking water and building supplies to fix their damaged home.

Your donation today will speed up the delivery of emergency food and supplies in Jamaica and Saint Vincent & the Grenadines. Thank you so much for your compassion and generosity during this time of enormous need.
