Hurricane Maria

Hurricane Maria is the second major hurricane this month raging through the Caribbean. On Tuesday, September 19th, the Category 5 storm battered the islands of Dominica and Guadeloupe leaving the two islands in ruins and left a trail of destruction after slamming into Puerto Rico and the Dominican Republic. 10 people are confirmed dead and the storm is continuing to rage through the Caribbean.

Hurricane Irmabarbuda land mass

Hurricane Irma is the most powerful Atlantic Ocean hurricane in recorded history. The category 5 hurricane killed 61 people after tearing through the Caribbean and the United States and has left great damage. 1.2 million people have been affected by Hurricane Irma.

ERDO, in partnership with PAOC Global Worker, Adrian Thomas and the Pentecostal Assemblies of West Indies will be:

  • rebuilding a school for vulnerable children on the island of Barbuda
  • distributing emergency supplies to affected families along the north coast of the Dominican Republic
  • providing clean water to families in Haiti

Hurricane Harvey has caused great damage to Southeast, Texas after making landfall as a category 4 storm. Thousands of families have been forced from their homes and are looking to get relief supplies.

ERDO, in partnership with Convoy of Hope will be distributing emergency- relief kits to those affected by the hurricane. Read more>>
