David is an adorable little boy who lives with his mother and siblings in a very poor village of Burkina Faso. His father passed away, leaving his mother with no way to support herself and the family. She struggles greatly to meet even their most basic of needs. They can not afford to pay for school fees. Life for this family is difficult.
David is an introverted child who enjoys playing soccer. His favourite subject in school is reading and his favourite colour is yellow. He likes learning Bible stories, and especially likes to learn about the life of Moses. David plans on becoming an engineer when he grows up.
