Alinafe is a happy young girl who lives with her parents, brother and two sisters in a home with no running water or electricity, in a small village in Malawi. Alinafe has some challenges and relies on her mother for most daily tasks. Although her parents do their best to provide for her needs, their income is unstable and insufficient to provide for the family's needs. Education for children with specialized needs is a great privilege in Malawi, as most schools do not have the resources to accommodate them.
Alinafe enjoys playing with sand and she hopes to be come a nurse when she grows older.
