Gidelande is a friendly child who enjoys skipping with her friends. At home she helps by washing the dishes. Her favorite subject in school is French, and her favorite colour is white. When she grows up, she would like to become a doctor.
Gidelande lives with her aunt, uncle, two sisters, three brothers and her cousins in a small one-room house in Port-au-Prince.
